In this project, our main goal was to assist Aeris in crafting a fresh business model for their innovative project. In the fast-paced tech landscape, time is of the essence, and the rapidly evolving environment demanded swift solutions. Leveraging the Business Model Canvas proved invaluable, delivering quick results to enhance the organization's competitiveness as they ventured into a new market.
INNOVATION
This project focused on the voting system and voting engagement in the state of California. We counted on innovative ideas to aid millennials, and increase their engagement with the voting system. Our process was simple, market research, interviews, prototyping & observation were our main tools. The result was a platform that would allow voters to receive accurate information and to connect with other voters before and after elections.
BRAND STRATEGY
In this project, we identified a dormant company or product with potential relevance or a distinctive offering in today's market. We defined and acquainted ourselves with a fresh target market, evaluating the competition through a comprehensive market audit. Subsequently, we articulated the brand value and growth opportunities, culminating in the development of a strategic brief and a brand value pyramid for your new company or product.
